A sales pipeline you can read at a glance, from first call to won.

A board of deals with stages, a quote from the lines, an order when you win, a forecast and the customers worth a call. On every plan.

Every opportunity is a deal with a stage, a value, an owner and the people behind it. Move it across the board, generate the quote from its lines, and when it is won the order is one press away.

You press every button. Nothing moves a deal by itself.

Deals, quotes, the forecast and the AI summary are on every plan. Free to start, no card.

A board and a list, the same deals

The Deals tab shows your open deals as a board, one column per stage, or as a list. Drag a card to the next stage, pick the stage from the row, or click it in the deal's own stepper — three ways, one result.

  • Stages out of the box: Qualification, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed won and Closed lost
  • Each stage carries a probability the forecast weighs the deal by
  • A deal that has sat in the same stage for three weeks is flagged, so you see what needs a nudge
  • Filter by owner, by open, won or lost, and by expected close date; the newest change is always first

Everything about the deal, on the deal

A deal carries its value, its expected close date, its owner, the contact and organisation it belongs to, its line items, quotes, activities and files.

  • Line items with a product, a quantity, a unit price and a discount; the deal's value is worked out from them
  • GST line by line: untick a line that carries none, and the quote and the order follow
  • Log a note, a call, an email, a meeting or a task on the deal's Activity tab, and complete open tasks from the same place
  • Reply to a customer's email from the deal, and the reply is recorded on the deal too

Won, lost, and what happens next

Press Won and confirm. Press Lost and say why — the reason is required, so your lost reasons add up to something you can read.

  • When a deal is won, a draft order is created from its lines, switched on by default; Convert to order is there if you turn that off
  • One order per deal, ever: converting twice returns the one that exists
  • Accepting a quote closes the deal as won in the same press
  • Reopen a deal closed by mistake; nothing is erased

What happens after the win →

A quote from the deal's own lines

Generate quote turns the line items into a numbered PDF with a total and a validity date, under your business's name, address, logo and — when you are registered for GST — your ABN. Send it from the deal; with Email in set up, the customer's reply comes back to the conversation.

  • A quote needs at least one line
  • Mark it accepted, declined or expired; an issued quote expires on its own when its validity date passes, and Undo brings one back while the deal is open
  • Start a quote from a customer's message: with the AI reading on, the products and quantities an email names go onto a new or existing deal at your catalogue's rates — you check the lines and press Generate quote yourself

The Forecast tab: what is likely to close

The same deals, read as numbers: a weighted forecast for this month and this quarter, the win rate over the last three months, pipeline value by stage, how long deals spend in each stage, what is closing soon and what has stalled.

  • Revenue reconciliation: weighted pipeline, won, booked, invoiced, collected — with an ageing panel of what is owed
  • Team numbers, one row per person for any month: won, target, attainment, win rate, open pipeline, open leads, converted and activities
  • Customers to follow up at the top: existing customers who have gone quiet, are due to reorder or have an unanswered quote — each with its reason, and Add a task or Start a deal beside it

The deal's AI summary, when you ask for it

Press AI risk summary on a deal and it writes what could stall or lose it, the next step and why, what you still don't know — budget, timeframe, who decides, who else they are talking to — and where the customer stands in their newest message. Each suggestion is a button you press; nothing runs on its own.

  • Create task on the next step; Ask about an item you still don't know; Move to the next stage, with a confirm
  • It sees the deal's own record and, with the AI reading on, one-line readings of the customer's recent messages — never the messages themselves
  • On every plan, under the plan's daily and monthly AI limits; Pro's are higher

Ask Harvi, for your deals

Type /deals for the open deals, /stale for the ones going cold and /expand for the customers worth a call. Harvi can move an open deal to another open stage: the deal, the stage it is in and the stage it moves to are shown on a card first, and nothing changes until you press Confirm.

  • Harvi never wins, loses, reopens or deletes a deal and never changes its value — those are done in the deal drawer — and the assistant is never given a deal's name or value (the card shows them to you).
  • A sales rep sees and moves through Harvi only the deals they can see and change on the Deals screen
  • Pro

Your own stages and reasons

On Pro, the workspace owner names the workspace's own deal stages — each stage's kind, probability and quiet window — and its lost reasons, under Workspace settings → Pipeline. They apply to that workspace alone.

  • A stage's kind cannot change while deals sit in it, and a stage or reason a deal still uses cannot be removed; renaming is always safe
  • Move off Pro and your lists stay in force, read-only, so every deal keeps its stage; Return to the standard pipeline maps each one back, same kind to same kind

Which plan it is on

The pipeline is the product, so all of it is on every plan. Pro adds the things a team shapes for itself.

On every plan

  • Deals, the board and the list, line items and quotes
  • A draft order when a deal is won
  • The Forecast tab and Customers to follow up
  • The deal's AI summary and Ask Harvi, under the plan's limits

On Pro

  • Your own stages, probabilities, quiet window and lost reasons
  • Automation rules on your deals: a next-step task when a deal opens, a follow-up when one stalls, a hand-over task when it is won
  • Higher AI limits

What it does not do

  • It does not change a stage, close a deal or send a quote by itself. A person presses every one of those buttons
  • There is no search box on the Deals tab, no column sorting and no bulk action: filter by owner, status and close date
  • The AI summary is not saved; it is written when you press the button, and only then
  • A sales rep works only the deals they own until the owner turns on Team view — and then reads the rest without changing it

Questions

Can I change the stages?

On Pro, yes: your own deal stages, probabilities and lost reasons, for your workspace alone. On Free and Basic every workspace runs the standard pipeline.

What happens when I win a deal?

A draft order is created from the deal's lines — one per deal, ever — and sits in the Orders tab ready to confirm and invoice. Switch the automatic order off and Convert to order does the same by hand.

Does the AI move deals?

No. The summary suggests a stage move and you confirm it; Ask Harvi moves a deal only after you press Confirm on its card. Nothing moves a deal by itself.

Does a sales rep see every deal?

A rep sees and works the deals they own. Turn on Team view and they can read every deal in the workspace, and still change only their own.
