Campaigns to the people who agreed to hear from you, and rules that run while you sell.
Email and text campaigns to contacts who agreed to hear from you, event campaigns, sequences, and automation rules on your leads and deals. On Pro.
An email, a text, or both, to the contacts you pick from your own list — one-off, as a sequence of up to six steps, or as an event campaign with a registration page. Every response becomes a lead. And automation rules that put the next step on someone's list the moment a lead arrives, a deal stalls or the AI reads a quote request.
No message leaves without a recorded consent basis.
Campaigns, sequences, event campaigns and automation rules are on Pro. Every plan can reply to anyone, and email a contact who agreed to hear from you.

A campaign, in one sitting
Name it, choose the audience — stage, tags, owner, created date and your own fields — write the email, add a text if you like, and save it as a draft. Check the audience to see exactly who will receive each message, who will not, and why. Press Send now, check the figures, and press it again.
- First name, full name, the campaign name and the page link, filled in for each person
- A page tied to the campaign — an ordinary web form named after it — turns every response into a lead from the campaign
- Pause, Resume and Cancel; a large campaign goes out in parts, and nobody receives it twice
- Results: sent, failed, opted out, replies, leads, converted and won value
- Pro
Only to people who agreed
Campaign messages are marketing, so a person receives the email only with a consent basis recorded on Email, and the text only with one on Text. Consent is checked again for each person as their message goes out.
- Your business name and an unsubscribe link are added to every email; texts name your business and how to reply STOP.
- The audience check lists who will not receive it: no address, opted out, no consent recorded, an address that bounced or complained
- A reply to a campaign text within two weeks becomes a lead from the campaign; STOP and START work as always
- Nothing is tracked: not who opened, not who followed a link
- Pro
Sequences: up to six steps, each with its own wait
The first step sends when you press Send now; each later step waits — an hour to a month after the step before — and goes within the hour after it falls due. A sequence stops for a person the moment they reply by text or email, fill in one of your web forms, change stage, convert, opt out, or you remove them; they are never added back.
- Consent is checked before each step
- An email reply stops the sequence while Email in is capturing replies
- While a campaign is sending, a step nobody has received yet can still change its message and its wait
- Pro
Event campaigns
An event campaign has a date, a start time, a place and, if you want one, a capacity. It has its own registration page, sends each person who registers a confirmation with an Add to calendar link, sends up to three reminders beforehand, and lets you mark who came. Everyone who registers becomes a lead the moment they register.
- The confirmation and the reminders go to everyone registered, because they asked to be told; registering records no marketing consent — only the tick does
- Add a registrant yourself, or a walk-up on the day; mark Attended or Did not attend from the start time
- Cancel it and, if you tick the box, everyone registered is told; the page stays at the same address and says so
- Pro
Automation rules: the next step, on someone's list
Six rules come switched on, and every one of them only creates a task for the owner — none sends anything to a customer: a follow-up task due the next day for each new lead, a welcome task for each new contact, a check-in task after a month without activity, a next-step task when a deal opens, a follow-up when an open deal has sat in its stage for three weeks, and a hand-over task when a deal is won. Silence any of them for your workspace, or write your own.
- A rule you write runs only on your workspace's own contacts
- A rule on a new lead can be limited to where it came from — the web form, entered by staff, email, a campaign or the API
- The acknowledgement email: a rule you enable emails a form, campaign or API enquirer who ticked consent their conversation's reference number — written by you, never by a model
- With the AI reading on, a rule can start when the AI has read a message of a kind you pick, at a confidence you set — and it can only create a task, notify your staff, add a tag or set an owner
- Simulate a rule on your own contacts before it runs; the Log shows every run
- Pro
Allowances, and what runs them
A campaign may reach up to an audience limit, and a workspace sends a set number of campaigns a day; each campaign email counts against the workspace's monthly email allowance and each text against its text allowance. The owner sees every count in Workspace settings, and the send confirmation says what a campaign will use before you press it.
- A text goes only where texting is set up for your workspace
- If the email allowance runs out part-way, the campaign pauses; nothing is lost
Which plan it is on
Reaching a list is Pro's. Every plan can still answer anyone who writes, and email a contact from their record once their consent is recorded.
On every plan
- Reply to any customer's email from the timeline
- A new email to a contact who agreed to hear from you, from their record
- The web form with its consent box
On Pro
- Campaigns, campaign pages and results
- Sequences of up to six steps
- Event campaigns with a registration page
- Automation rules, the acknowledgement email and the AI-read trigger
- A lead API
What it does not do
- No message leaves without a recorded consent basis, and nothing is sent to someone who unsubscribed, replied STOP or whose address bounced
- The AI writes no campaign: a campaign sends only what your workspace wrote and switched on
- Nothing is tracked: not who opened, not who followed a link
- An automation never messages a customer on what the AI read; it can only add a task, a notice, a tag or an owner for your team
- A sent campaign is a record; it cannot be edited, only copied into a new one

Questions
Do I need Pro for campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns, sequences, event campaigns and automation rules are on Pro. On Free and Basic you can still reply to anyone who writes, and email a contact from their record once their consent is recorded.
Can a sales rep send a campaign?
To their own contacts only — the box is ticked and locked for them. A rep sees their own campaigns; with Team view on, a colleague's are read-only.
What stops a sequence for someone?
A reply by text, or by email while Email in is capturing replies; filling in one of your web forms; a change of stage; converting; opting out; or you pressing Remove from campaign. They are never added back.
What can an automation do?
Create a task, notify your staff, add a tag, set an owner, move a stage, and send an email or a text you wrote. A rule on what the AI read can only do the first four. On Free and Basic no rule runs.
