It reads, it drafts, it suggests. You decide.
The AI reads the email you forward and the notes you paste, drafts replies you approve and suggests a deal's next step. You press Send. On every plan.
Forward an email or paste a chat. The AI tells you what it is and what it needs, drafts the reply and suggests the next step.
Nothing is sent until you press Send.
From the email to your reply
- An email arrives — Forwarded to your workspace's own address, or a customer's reply to an email you sent from the workspace.
- The AI reads it, ranks it and suggests the next step — A quote request goes to the top of Unmatched mail, with Open a lead suggested. Nothing happens until you press it.
- You press Send on the draft — Draft a reply writes an answer for you to read and change. When one of your knowledge entries answers the question, it is quoted word for word, and your timeline shows the email was drafted by AI and sent by you.
Reads incoming email
With the reading on, each email that reaches your workspace is read for what kind of message it is, a one-line summary, the products it names and how urgent it reads.
- Quote requests and other messages from customers come first in Unmatched mail; out-of-office replies and newsletters go last
- The button it suggests — Open a lead, File on a contact or Ignore — waits for you to press it
- An email that tries to give the AI instructions is shown as Other, with nothing taken from it
Drafts the reply; you send
Press Draft a reply on a customer's email. The draft is written in the customer's own language; you read it, change what you like and press Send.
- It reads the one email you are answering, the conversation so far as one-line summaries, and your products' names — never the earlier messages' text
- When one of your knowledge entries answers the customer, it is quoted word for word
- It never writes a price of its own: a figure reaches a draft only inside your own entry
- Your timeline shows the sent email as drafted by AI and sent by you
Paste a chat or a call
Paste a chat from any messaging app, or your notes from a call or a meeting. It is kept on the contact's timeline, and the AI pulls out the next step and the promises made.
- It suggests a task or a stage move; nothing changes until you press a button
- It joins the customer's open conversation, or starts one
The next step on every deal
On any deal, ask for the deal's AI summary with the AI risk summary button. It names the next step, why, and what you still don't know: the budget, the timeframe, who decides and who else they are talking to.
- It works from the deal's own record and one-line readings of recent messages, never the body of a message
- Each suggestion is a button you press: a task, a question to ask, a stage move you confirm, or a reply
Fill in a contact, and a brief before you call
When a message's signature carries a job title, a company, a phone number, an address or a website, one press adds it to a field that is still blank — never over something already there.
- Each field filled this way is marked Filled from a reading
- Before you call, a short brief of what they've told you — written from what the AI has read, never from your files
Start a quote from a message
A quote request becomes a priced deal, lines and all, ready for you to generate the quote.
- The products and quantities the message names go onto a new or existing deal at your catalogue's rates, with one press
- You check the lines and press Generate quote yourself; the AI generates and sends nothing
Ask Harvi (your on-demand CRM assistant)
Type what you need in plain words. Harvi lists the leads that need chasing, the deals gone quiet, the conversations waiting on a reply and the customers worth a call; it logs a call or a task, adds a lead for a contact and moves a lead or a deal to another stage. Every change is shown on a card first, and nothing changes until you press Confirm.
- Harvi never wins, loses, reopens or deletes a deal and never changes its value — those are done in the deal drawer — and the assistant is never given a deal's name or value (the card shows them to you).
- Harvi never closes an enquiry — converting it or disqualifying it is done on the enquiry itself — and never emails anyone.
You stay in control
The switch is Let AI read incoming email. When this is on, the subject and text of each email that reaches your Email in address are sent to an AI model, with the names and contact details this workspace knows hidden first. It answers what kind of message it is, a one-line summary, the products it names and how urgent it reads. That reading is kept with the message for as long as the message is kept, and it only changes the order of Unmatched mail and which button is suggested — the AI never sends, files or changes anything.
When you paste a conversation, the window says:
The text you paste is kept on the contact's timeline as a record, and its first part is read by an AI model with the names and contact details this workspace knows hidden first. The AI suggests a task or a stage move; nothing changes until you press a button.
- Let AI read incoming email is off in every workspace until its owner turns it on, and the owner can turn it off at any time
- Each AI feature has a daily limit and a monthly allowance, set by your plan and shown on the pricing page; Pro's are higher.
- When a limit is reached the button says so; a day limit resets tomorrow, a month allowance on the first of the month
- Our support staff can switch the reading off for one workspace or for everyone
- Every step the AI suggested and you took is marked on the record and on the conversation's trail
What the AI never does
- Never emails your customers by itself
- Only sees what reaches your workspace — a forwarded email, a reply to one you sent, a chat you paste
- Never files, opens or ignores a message by itself
- Never changes a record, a stage or a price by itself
- Never reads chat apps or social accounts
The AI writes no email that goes out on its own: automations and campaigns send only what your workspace wrote and switched on.
Getting it
The AI comes with every HarvestFlow Grow plan, from the free start to Pro. Each plan sets a daily limit and a monthly allowance — Free's are Basic's, and Pro's are higher — and the pricing page shows them. Reading incoming email also needs Email in, which every plan has, and stays off until the workspace owner turns it on.
Try it on your own mail
Start free, set up Email in, turn the reading on and forward one email. There is nothing extra to buy.
